Delete your Yobaai account

You can delete your Yobaai account and its information at any time: in the app, on the website, or by email. Deleting is permanent and can’t be undone.

In the Yobaai app

Open Profile, then Edit profile.
Tap Delete account, then confirm.

On the website

Sign in at www.yobaai.com.
Open your profile, choose Delete account, then confirm.

Forgot your password? Choose “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page to get a code on your phone, then sign in and delete your account.

By email

If you can’t sign in, email support@yobaai.com with the phone number of your account and ask us to delete it. We may contact you on that number to check that the account is yours, then delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp number, bio and company name.
Your profile photo.
The ID documents you sent to get verified.
Your saved listings, your notifications, and the phones signed in to your account.
Your listings are taken down for good, and their photos, description and map location are deleted.

What is kept, and why

Some things you did on Yobaai are also part of other people’s records, so they stay, shown as from “Deleted user”, never with your name or number:

Messages you sent stay in the chats of the people you sent them to.
Bookings and reviews stay as records for the other person.
The title, price and area of your listings stay with those chats and bookings, so they still make sense. The listings themselves are no longer shown to anyone.
Reports you made, and reports about you, stay with our team, to protect Yobaai from fraud.
